My Editorial Profile for my magazine would follow as so...
"BIG, BAD and BOLD rock music of today’s society. Moving you another step closer to your ultimate rock legends. Also including exclusive interviews, the latest news, ‘bad-ass’ reviews and killer give a way’s!”.
The Target Readership for my magazine would follow as so...
"From teens to an age of 25, there is a time for you all in this magazine. If your into the oldies rock then take a peak, you will see examples of new rock on your way backwards in time".
I think this sells my product and definitely tells you about my magazine.

And finally above is my new DPS. I decided to change the background to a brick wall effect and lighten it so you, the readers, can read my work easier. I also think my colours I have used work well. My questions are in black and my answers in blue. I did try my answers in white but as I was unable to read the writing, I thought my audince would find difficulty in reading it as well. The writing on the other side, is the same as the front covers, and I believe this works well. The caption "Hygiene Fighter" is taken from a section of the interview.

Above I have also changed my contents and have created it in photoshop. This worked better in photoshop because I could edit it more and experiment with it more. I think the black and white background makes my writing stand out better and the colours I have used all blend together to create a better contrast.

Above is my original front cover, until I made the changes the class gave me. I believe I prefer the new version to the old because it gives a more rock feeling to the audience, and the rule of thirds works now seeing as on the old one the rule of thirds did not work. Also the golden line works because it is all in proportion now.Above is my final version of my front cover. I am more happy with this version now and am glad that I changed it.

Today I talked to my teacher and put all my work up on the big screen so my fellow class mates could give me feed back on my work. I have very mixed comments saying that they liked one thing but didn't like that or others said to brighten up the background and darken the headlines. It was all very confusing for me so I took notes on each piece of work.
My Front Cover: Orange around main title and cover lines, Brighten the picture, add another cover line, Maybe change the cover lines to a straight angle not canted, change colour of EXCLUSIVE and MARTIN DYLAN and also change the colour of the writing under tickets because it is not readable.
My Contents: They like the version of it being black and white, instead of red and blue writing change it to orange ( same as front cover orange ), its to much blue, need other colours and change the font style.
DPS: All they said to this was change the background behind the writing, make the writing another colour, maybe think about the answers in white and questions in black. The font stands out over the main image.
By doing this I was able to change my front cover, contents and DPS for the best and now I agree with some of the comments that my class mates said as they form part of my Target Audience.

As you can see I have been working more on my DPS. I have been looking at giving my writing a glow to help stand out more, but this causes great difficulty for the reader so I have to think about changing the background, because I have tried all the colours under the sun and none are easily readable. With my DPS, I especially like where my cover line is placed and the bit about "Dylans got a look a like" (haha) I created that image by loading the image onto paint and fidling around with it to make it look differnt (MARTIN DYLAN, main character) at first I was only messing around with it, but then I thought, actually I can use this!

Below is my first version of my DPS, and above is my second were i have tried changing and experimenting with the writing

Ive started writing my DPS now. Its about my exclusive interview with "MARTIN DYLAN" (a name randomly produced) it says a little bit about his new up-coming album, then there are a few questions about what life is like on the road for him, and how he copes with family and what inspired him into music. I have been deciding what pictures to use for the interview and have decided upon one which I can make look very interesting to the audience. The image Ive used has full eye contact with the audience and draws the reader in. However the opposite side, where my DPS writing will be, I am unsure about at this point in time. The background is to shinny and could create great difficult off reading my text. I have been trying out colours when writing but none have succeed.
